nadicode Sub-processors

This is the current list of the service providers nadicode uses to provide the Service, as clause 7 of the Data Processing Agreement and section 4 of the Privacy Policy refer to it. "Customer Content" marks a provider that may process the content of nadicode's customers on their behalf; "Account data" marks one that processes the account, billing and technical data nadicode holds as controller.

nadicode also queries two public registers to verify a company's identity at signup: the European Commission's VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) and OpenStreetMap's geocoding service (Nominatim). They receive only the VAT number or the registered office address being checked, and are not processors.

Changes to This List

nadicode updates this page before a new provider starts processing Customer Content, and notifies Customer's administrators by email at least 15 days in advance. Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period. If the parties cannot resolve the objection, Customer may end the affected subscription and the Terms without any fee, as clause 7.3 of the Data Processing Agreement provides.
