nadicode Acceptable Use Policy
In effect from October 12, 2026
1. Scope
1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Service by Customer, its people and its Agents. It forms part of the nadicode Terms of Service, and words defined there have the same meaning here.
1.2. Customer is responsible for what its Agents do with the tools, apps and systems it connects them to, as for its own use.
2. What the Service May Not Be Used For
Customer does not use the Service, and does not let its people or its Agents use it, to:
2.1. Break the law, or help someone else break it.
2.2. Create or send content that infringes others' rights, defames, harasses or threatens.
2.3. Develop or spread malware, or help develop weapons of any kind.
2.4. Make a person believe they are dealing with a human when they are dealing with an Agent, or remove, hide or alter the disclosure that an Agent is an AI system or the marking of content an Agent produced.
2.5. Make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on a person or similarly affect them, or pursue the high-risk purposes listed in Annex III of the AI Act, as clause 9.3 of the Terms provides.
2.6. Give medical, legal or financial advice to a person without a qualified person reviewing it first.
2.7. Send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break the rules of the channel they are sent through.
2.8. Use a connected app or account that Customer is not entitled to use, or in breach of that app's terms.
2.9. Get around a usage limit, a safety control or an access restriction of the Service, or of a model provider.
2.10. Test the security of the Service, including by penetration testing or red-teaming, without nadicode's written permission.
3. Model Providers' Policies
3.1. Customer's use of an AI model through the Service also follows the usage policy of the provider of that model. nadicode may pass on, and enforce, the restrictions those providers set.
4. What nadicode Does About Misuse
4.1. nadicode may look into suspected misuse and, in proportion to it, warn Customer, suspend the affected part of the Service, or end the Terms, as clauses 15 and 16 of the Terms provide.
4.2. To report misuse, write to sales@nadicode.ai.
